The Service

Work Edge Daily is a paid newsletter delivering 5-minute AI intelligence briefings by email every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The CHRO Edition is available now; additional editions may be introduced over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Price: $15/month (USD), unless a promotion applies.
Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Cancel anytime: If you cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Invoices: Receipts/invoices are available via the billing portal for expense reporting.

Trials, Referrals & Promotions

Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers (no credit card required).
Referral invite: If you join through a referral invite, your first month may be free at checkout (credit card required).
Referrer credit: When a referral qualifies, the referrer may receive a $5 credit applied to their next invoice when active. If inactive, the credit may be held for up to 90 days.
No stacking: Promotions and referral offers do not stack. If multiple offers apply, we may choose which one to apply.
Changes: Offers may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time for future subscriptions.

Refunds

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate.

Content

Newsletter content is for informational purposes only.
We curate and summarize third-party news; original sources may be cited.
Content should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.
You may not republish or redistribute our content without permission.

Acceptable Use

Provide accurate email and billing information.
Do not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent paywalls, or interfere with our systems.
Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

All newsletter content, branding, and design are owned by Work Edge Daily
You may share brief excerpts with attribution and a link back
Bulk redistribution, republishing, or resale of content is prohibited

Disclaimers

We provide analysis and summaries to help you stay informed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, and you are responsible for how you use it.

Limitation of Liability

Work Edge Daily provides news summaries and analysis for informational purposes. We are not liable for:

Business decisions made based on our content
Accuracy of third-party sources we cite
Service interruptions or email delivery issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Service Availability

We aim to deliver newsletters on schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) but do not guarantee delivery times. Email delivery depends on third-party services and your email provider.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse
Upon termination, access ends at the end of your paid period

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland. By using our service, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
